Refund policy

We guarantee our product to be exactly as described.  If you think a mistake was made (we try, but we're only human), simply reach out to us with a photograph of the problem, and we will happily set up a free replacement for you. 

Otherwise, we accept returns for refund for new, unused, unpersonalized items for any reason within 14 days of delivery to you. Simply pay return shipping to Las Vegas, Nevada and upon receipt we will issue a full refund including the original shipping.  

Custom designs and personalized items are not eligible for return.
